Three Year Limited Warranty The Woodworking Shop furniture is warranted, in normal use in accordance with the Care and Maintenance of your Fine Furniture or Cabinets, against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase. Please note this warranty applies ONLY to home or office use, and does not apply to rental use. Subject to the further conditions and limitations of the warranty, during the warranty period we will fix free (EXCEPT FOR TRANSPORTATION COSTS) any defect in material due to workmanship. Our obligation under warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. If you believe you have a claim covered by this warranty, please contact us. Conditions and Limits on Warranty We make no warranty for products we manufacture used for rental purposes. We are not responsible for repairs due to natural wear and tear or abuse, careless handling or misuse or where repairs have been made or attempted by others without our prior approval. We are not responsible for damage due to humidity levels below 30 % in the home or office. We are not responsible for damage to finish caused by standing water, alcohol, other chemicals, or vinyl articles placed in direct contact with the finish. We are not responsible for any color changes in the finish due to exposure to sunlight. The customer will pay all transportation cost incurred with the honoring of this warranty, either to our plant, or to the customer's home or business, on a time and materials basis. We make no warranty for any refinishing work or repairs on pieces not originally made by us. Repairs must be made by us or our authorized representative. Proof of purchase date is required. THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART OF THE SELLER, ARE ALSO LIMITED TO THE DURATION AND CONDITIONS AND LIMITS BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY. CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AS DEFINED IN SECTION 2-725 OF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE, EXCEPT THAT IF THE GOODS SOLD ARE "CONSUMER GOODS" PERSONAL INJURIES MAY BE RECOVERABLE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long implied warranty lasts or exclusion limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state-to-state. |
